E-Pragati: AP CM Launches Digital Platform For Governance

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu launched e-Pragati project today. The Minister released the digital platform for better governance in the State. The launch was held at Undavalli in Guntur District.

E-Pragati works through cloud management and aims to achieve a digital State with transparency in the governance. At present AP citizens will get 20 services through the e-Pragati portal. By the end of the year, the TDP Government plans to provide as many as 100 services on the website.

The project will involving launching a number of mobile apps dedicated to various Government schemes and services. So far, 33 departments in AP are connected to the e-Pragati transformation project.

Reforms taken up by the Government in education, panchayat raj and agricultural marketing will be made available on this platform. State Information and Technology Minister Nara Lokesh also took part in the launch of e-Pragati with CM Naidu.
